Work
Projects
Selected work I can talk about without inventing a public product: go-to-market, internal tooling, and a quota year.
Descript MCP and API go-to-market
CurrentGo-to-market for Descript’s MCP and API release — enablement, adoption across strategic accounts, and full-cycle enterprise selling.
I lead MCP and API go-to-market at Descript. That includes building enablement and driving adoption across strategic accounts.
The commercial motion is full-cycle: discovery, MEDDPICC, multi-threading, executive alignment, and competitive displacement. I close new business logos at a $50K average ACV, including Vanguard and CSC Global, and run those deals end to end.
I sell to technical evaluators and the executives who fund them, turning agent architecture into a business case.
AE-team AI tooling at Descript
InternalAI tooling for Descript’s nine-person AE team that turns manual deal prep into automated workflows.
I built the AI tooling the AE team runs on — research, enablement, and deal prep that used to live in decks and tribal knowledge.
The stack for this kind of work includes Claude Code, MCP servers, skills, and agent workflows, alongside Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, Notion, and Slack. This is internal tooling, not a public product.
Stytch enterprise year
2025Enterprise AE year at Stytch, from hire through the Twilio acquisition — new logos, ARR, and fast $50K+ closes.
At Stytch I was #1 in new logos and total ARR from hire through acquisition, clearing annual quota midway through Q3. I hit 262% of quota in the first full quarter and paced above 150% for my first four quarters year by acquisition.
I closed three of the five fastest $50K+ deals in company history by finding real pain and building urgency. Deals ran from discovery to close through multi-threading, executive alignment, and champion enablement. Stytch was acquired by Twilio.
